Ease Tea Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
We currently ship Ease Tea within Australia using trusted delivery partners such as Australia Post or Sendle.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of purchase. You’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Standard delivery times vary depending on your location but usually take 3–7 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns
Due to the nature of our product and health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Ease Tea once it has been dispatched.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at [insert email] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund for any product that does not arrive in perfect condition.
Refunds
