To be eligible for a refund:

• You must contact us within 14 days of your purchase date.

• Refunds apply to Australian residents only who have received the Ease Tea as part of their order.

• The refund will be processed minus a $50 deduction, which covers the cost of the Ease Tea, postage ($10), and a handling/service fee.

Once your refund is approved, we’ll return the balance to your original payment method.

Please note that after 14 days from the date of purchase, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
